An awesome first win of the season for the home 8th grade Rockets, in which defense was contagious throughout. A game in which the home team never trailed, the rockets were led in scoring by the hot hand of David Wilhelm with 9 points,and an aggressive Dylan Peltier with 8 points. In total the rockets had 8 different players score. Defense and leadership were on full display from Kendall Coleman, EJ Jones, and Catcher Earnest along with the rest of the team. Next game for the 1-1 Rockets is at Holland Christian.
