MONA SHORES MIDDLE SCHOOL: 43
The lady Rockets took on their rivals from crosstown Mona Shores last night. The ladies got off to a great start leading 10 to 4 after the first quarter and 18 to 13 at the half. Mona Shores cut the lead to 4 going into the 4th. The game was back and forth until Mona Shores hit a 3 pointer late in the game. The Rockets ended up losing by 6, 37 to 43. It was a tough loss for the Rockets but Coach Pallett is proud of the effort. The team plays at home versus Muskegon on Wednesday. Come and join the rowdy rocket cheering section as they had it rolling last night.
