PINEWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL: 38
Coach Pallett’s team traveled to East Kentwood last night and got their 2nd win of the season. With a rallying cry of “Do it for Tayte” the team played inspired basketball to honor their sick teammate who did not make the trip with them. The team out rebounded the much taller East Kentwood team and executed the game plan late to seal the victory 42 - 38. Coach Pallett is proud of the way the team played inspired and with emotion. Leading Scorers: Clyde Bartee - 4 points, Kyle Schlaff - 6 points, Logan Laderoot - 8 points, Jay Page - 9 points, Cade Borgeson -12 points
